Dr. Kaeo Everett
Caring for patients is one of many ways Dr. Kaeo Everett makes a difference on our island. Dr. Everett recalls a patient who was afraid of visiting the dentist, had many missing teeth, and was preparing for her wedding. Over several appointments, Dr. Everett built a trusting relationship with her and restored her smile. Her excitement over being able to smile again was deeply moving.
Dr. Everett was born in Kaneohe and graduated from Kamehameha High School. He’s volunteered at the He’eia fishpond, Ho’omaluhia lo’is, Coconut Island, Ann Pearl nursing home, and Pohai Nani. He has a two and half-year old son and enjoys hiking, surfing, body boarding, snorkeling, eating, cooking, camping, and spending time with his family.
My recent appointment at Hawaii Family Dental Center at Windward Mall was with Dental Hygienist Lani Ing. Love how friendly and efficient everyone is! I’m honestly generally terrified of dentists (bad experience years ago), but Dr. Gelly and her staff make you feel at ease and confident in their abilities. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!
