Everyone at Hawaii Family Dentel is extremely nice and professional. They take every precaution for Covid. Going to the dentist is less stressful when you come here.

Let's face it - nobody wants to spend money & time at the dentist office, especially in December. However, we all know it's necessary - I highly recommend Hawaii Family Dental. The great office staff & dentist made it a pleasant experience.

The office itself is very welcoming. Dr. Hall and his staff is just Amazing. They treat their clients with respect and digitally. I love how they treated me and my concerns. They provided what wanted to know and get done, it was perfect. I would definitely recommend their office.

He also seemed like he was very confident in his ability to do his work while still being empathetic of me so I really appreciated it. The front desk people seemed very happy and enjoyed each other’s company while being very helpful this is good because usually the doctor will be good but the front desk people aren’t but all around this office was good. The staff always goes above and beyond expectations to transform my special needs child's appointments from a very traumatic experience for her to a pleasant one. The level of patience and accommodation they display is outstanding.

The protocol they have set up to ensure safety and hygienic conditions in accordance with CDC and ADA guidelines were impressive and one of the best I've seen in all the public spaces I've gone to. You enter from the front door and leave by the back door, never crossing path with those coming and going. Absolutely no need to be of concern in coming in. They spray everything down between patients. Protective gear is being used by all personnel. read less

Great service, didn't wait more than 10 minutes to be admitted, the dental hygienist was very gentle and explained everything about her procedure. No worries about social distancing, everyone wore masks and everyone was kept separated

They are great with my children. They also give them little gifts at the end of their visit. The employees that work there are also very professional and courteous at all times.

In the meantime I cracked a molar on the other side of my mouth so Doctor Choy fixed me up with a temporary filling as I planned a crown that one anyway but was waiting for the next insurance benefit year. Scheduled crown prep and when the appointment was near I got a call saying that my doctor let the group because of the difficulty of childcare due to the Covid crisis and I would have to pick another.WHAT! I don’t know about you but I build relationships with people and was a bit unsettled about starting new. O.K., let’s move forward with Dr. Hall. Absolutely nothing to worry about, the guy turned out to be great and prepped two molars at once to save time. Cracked the temporary, took me right in and made another. After two more weeks of chewing Very Carefully the permanent crowns were fitted and I’m quite pleased. I give 5 stars! read less
