Slice the onion and place the onion slices directly on the canker sores. Allow them to sit for about fifteen minutes. Then, wash your mouth with cold water. This may be uncomfortable but onions are good for relieving pain and healing sores.
1 teaspoon of baking soda and 2 teaspoon of salt and 1 glass of warm water
Mix the baking soda and salt with the warm water. After that, thoroughly rinse your mouth at least 2 times or 3 times per day until canker sores go away. Alternatively, make a paste combining baking soda with little water and directly apply of the affected areas.
Tea tree oil
This is not only effective at relieving pain but it is also good at healing canker sores. You will only need 3 up to 5 drops of tea tree oil, cotton ball and ¼ cup of warm water. Then, you have to carefully mix the tea tree oil in warm water. After that, soak the cotton ball in it and make sure to hold the cotton ball against the affected areas. Consider doing this for about three up to four times per day.
3-4 tablespoons of plum juice
All you need to do is to rinse your mouth with plum juice. Or, you may also soak a cotton ball in the mixture and hold it against the affected area for about 20 minutes. Do this at least twice or three times per day.
2 tablespoon of coriander leaves and 1 glass of water
Just add the coriander leaves to the water. Then, thoroughly boil the water with the coriander leaves in it. Afterwards, carefully strain and allow it to cool until it becomes tepid. Then, rinse the mouth using this mixture at least 3 times per day.
Get lukewarm water that is enough to dip the black teabag. Afterwards, take it out and put it on the affected areas. Be sure to press it gently in order to release the tea water. You may continue doing this for about ten up to fifteen minutes.
5 up to 6 drops of grapefruit and 1 glass of water
All you need to do is to add the grapefruit drops to the water and make sure to mix this well. Then, you may rinse your mouth with this mixture at least two times per day.
Aloe vera juice
In order to be relieved from pain, thoroughly rinse the mouth with aloe vera juice. Consider doing this at least 3 to 4 times per day.
