Dr. Stone has impeccable "Dental chair" manners. He is patient and kind as well as very reassuring. He understood my discomfort pending the dental surgery. He calmly explained every step as he proceeded with the procedure. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns satisfactorily. Post pricedure, he gave me detailed parting instructions to follow, which have helped speed up my recovery. His demeanor is worthy of emulation and I would highly recommend him to other patients. He has proven to be an asset to this dental clinic and commend him for his professionalism and sterling qualities.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process, they've greeted me once I stepped in and thanked me when I step out. Highly recommend this dental place! Children friendly too!

The Hawaii Family Dental receptionist was friendly and professional and the wait for my appointment was reasonable at less than 10 minutes. My dental hygienist, Krystal was great as usual with the procedures and teeth cleaning (gentle but thorough). Dr. Melo was likewise terrific in her exam and assessment of my dental status and needs. Excellent team of friendly professionals, I highly recommend Hawaii Family Dental.

The staff at Kihei location was awesome! Had a crown that came off surfing and they got me in the very next day. They prepped me for a new one and got me back in when it came in. I appreciate the whole staff out there in kihei mahalo and God bless...

This office is amazing. The staff at Hawaii Family Dental Kihei is wonderful. Everyone is so kind and helpful. My 7 year old son had to get some work done, and usually gets nervous with just cleanings. The staff made him feel extremely comfortable and kept the environment calm. Had a cracked tooth, needed a crown. I chose Dr Mellow as my dentist. I was soooo nervous. Dr. Mello, as she's working on me, started singing with the background music. Her singing put me completely at ease...my thought was: "If she's singing, that means that she knows what she's doing and she is not nervous or worried at all". I was able to relax IMMEDIATELY! All the stuff is wonderful! Besides, I can eat again on that side!! Months later, had a tooth taking out by Dr. Mello. Before I could say "ouch", the tooth was out like magic!! Impressive! She's true to her trade. Thanks Dr. Mello and staff!! the best! Bobby offered to hold my hand when I said I was scared!
