The entire team here is wonderful!! I have had teeth cleaning and so far, 2 new crowns put on my teeth. I am in the process of adding 2 more crowns. I researched Denstists in the Windward side, and they had great reviews. Dr. Fackender is awesome 👌

It’s usually tough to get a dentist appointment unless it’s scheduled months in advance. Today’s visit was pleasant. All staff were nice and helpful. They answered any questions that I had and helped find out my actual converse for procedures I’ll be needing like a crown to be redone.

Jenn is the best hygienist ever! I literally can fall asleep while she’s working on my teeth. I don’t have anxiety or the dentist so it’s not super stressful for me. We laugh with the whole time. She’s great.

Bree did a terrific job explaining everything she was doing along the way and also made me as comfortable as possible. And Dr. Jason was very compassionate. Explained everything and was very gentle.

I absolutely like this Dental office. No wait time . I know most people don't like going to the Dentist . My experience with teeth cleaning they are fast and I don't feel any pain during or after . Their professional and have the most updated technology. They have a camera that takes a video inside your mouth to get a real good look at your teeth. I thought that was amazing. I was able to see my teeth close up on the screen. I would recommend this Dental office to anyone. Thank you for the great service and technology. The hygienist are amazing amd friendly. Dr. Moon was very informative in giving me oros and cons of having dentures versus implants he also recommended doing a root canal on the tooth that is bothering me since he did not see any cavity. If the root canal doesn't resolve the issue he will look into other options.

Your Physical Office Intake staff is extremely friendly and very informative, I had the confusion with your phone intake department. When I called in I explained what I needed (a replacement filling, since it literally just fell out) I was given a price, but when I came in the price I was quoted was just for an Office Visit. Your phone service needs to be clearer or more educated, because I asked this is for the filling replacement he had to wait and put me on hold for the pricing, he came back on with a quote for a filling replacement, when in fact that quote was just for my office visit. I wasn't ready to pay that big amount and not have any work done. Had I been informed ahead of time I would spend over $200 for just a consult I would of waited.

This morning my appointment was very good. There was no long wait, and I was seen right after check-in. I went in for my 6 month cleaning/checkup. Service was thorough, fast and painless. Thank you HFD for taking good care of me 👄🦷❤️
