Jen, my hygienist, is the best. Always so calm and cool and a gentle touch. I always request her even if I have to wait months for her service. Not sure why Hawaii Family Dental is unable to hire additional crew to service their clients.

Dr Moon was so nice he offered me a shot so I wouldn’t feel any pain.his assistant is kind too . The girls up front are very helpful

Dr. Moon was great; very knowledgeable and kind. He addressed my concerns with my teeth and gums and suggested preventative options before suggesting fillings or procedures. I also had a cavity filled and he made sure I had no pain. Excellent - thank you Dr. Moon.

I had such a great experience at HFD. From the moment I checked in, the entire team was welcoming, helpful, and truly showed the spirit of Aloha. Everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for, which meant so much because I was extremely nervous about the procedure.I especially want to thank the doctor who performed my extractions. He did an amazing job reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. I am VERY scared of needles, and he and the team made the experience much less scary than I expected.I also really appreciated how clear and upfront they were about the cost, payment, and what to expect before the procedure. I felt informed and prepared instead of being surprised by anything.Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, patience, professionalism, and Aloha. You made something I was honestly afraid of feel manageable and comfortable. The Dental Hygienist (Lani) did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. She explained everything she was doing. My dentist (Dr. Moon) examined my mouth and spotted a chipped filling which I can take of within a week. Quick and easy. I highly recommend Hawaii Family Dental at Windward Mall.. Free and easy parking too!

So great full and humbled that i had the opportunity to have my teeth repaired and exam at this clinic.Was able to get a permanent crown repaired today and a new one installed today.Thanks to everyone who has taken part and helped me through this endeavor, where its scheduling, exams, billing, insurances, future planning on treatment plans, and schedule consultations for further support in treatment. - Thank you from my heart.

Fast virtual check in. Came in early and they took me early. Nurses very friendly as was Doctor Moon. Dental cleaning work and X-rays were thorough and fulfilling. Dr.’s exam was presented to me in layman’s terms which I understood to its fullest. Mahalo Hawaii Family Dental.

My crown removal and preparation for a new crown went smoothly. Dr. Moon and staff were friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit.

Within one week and half, the dental clinic has gone above and beyond in helping me get through all the obstacles with insurance. Confirm my insurance, complete full exam and cleaning.Following and future appointments to include guidance on how to move forward with proper care and treatment plane. For a treatment plan that has 3-6 stages I think got check the paperwork, I am already past 3 phases.Looking forward in completing this treatment plan then just maybe will I get a clinical whitening done and start uploading sharing the final results.Right now, my teeth, though in much better care now that the past 4 years, stained yellow from years of abuse. - and tea

Dr Moon is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I don’t even know where to begin to express my gratitude. This location is the best location because of Dr. Moon, the office manager Selena, the front desk Mandy and Eva, the nurse Fera, and the rest of the team!! They show that they genuinely care about their patients, they’re SO helpful and SWEET. I drive all the way from town for them and it’s totally worth it!! Windward location has been the most amazing experience! Dr Lau was my dentist at their Kaka’ako location, however, after he retired, for the past 3-4 years, I couldn’t find a dentist that I can trust, who have shown a genuine patient care and interest in me and my health. I am sooo glad I read and listened to the wonderful reviews that Dr Moon had, because they just proved right! I will make sure I spread the word about this location and Dr Moon. MAHALO again for the best service ever!! I APPRECIATE YOU ALL GREATLY!

If you are a military dependent and looking for a new dentist, you can stop looking now because Hawaii Family Dental has got you covered. Service was always fast, friendly, gentle, and informative. They accept United Concordia and they dont pressure you into unnecessary procedures or costs. If I'm ever back on the island, I'd 100% return to their services.

Their professionalism, friendliness, and clear expertise made the whole process smooth and reassuring. From the start, they took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan, step by step, so I always knew what was coming next. The staff was just as helpful on the financial side — friendly, patient, and clear about the cost of each service before anything was done. My longtime dentist retired, so I needed a new provider close to home with plenty of parking — Dr. Jason and HFD at Windward Mall checked all the boxes and MORE. I absolutely love Hawaii Family Dental - Kaneohe. Parking is a breeze, as they are located at Windward Mall on the top level. The staff and Dentists are top notch, helpful, and caring.
