They accept United Concordia and they dont pressure you into unnecessary procedures or costs. If I'm ever back on the island, I'd 100% return to their services.

Dr. Jason and his staff at Hawaii Family Dental have been exceptional over the past several months of major dental work. Their professionalism, friendliness, and clear expertise made the whole process smooth and reassuring. From the start, they took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan, step by step, so I always knew what was coming next. The staff was just as helpful on the financial side — friendly, patient, and clear about the cost of each service before anything was done. My longtime dentist retired, so I needed a new provider close to home with plenty of parking — Dr. Jason and HFD at Windward Mall checked all the boxes and MORE. I’m grateful to have found a team I trust and feel comfortable with. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love Hawaii Family Dental - Kaneohe. Parking is a breeze, as they are located at Windward Mall on the top level. The staff and Dentists are top notch, helpful, and caring.

All the staff are very nice. Dr. Moon is great! He does an excellent job, is fast, and gentle.He is very pleasant. Jennifer is a very good hygienist.

I always hate going to the dentist but love going to Jen. She is so gentle and sensitive with the many problems in my mouth and gives me warm scoldings. I know she has to work extra hard on my teeth and gums and always does an excellent and thorough job because I come out crying. I’m super grateful for her and out of all my dentists I’ve had, she is my favorite!

Do you lady that helped me replace my Temporary crown today was awesome. She took her time and definitely knows patient care. Really appreciative of her seeing me and taking care of this so last minute.

All the staff are awesome! Dr. Moon is very understanding. Lani is super efficient. And I’m sad to see Rayna moving on to something new.

We, as a couple, continue to enjoy excellent dental care at are lHFD-Kaneohe. The service we continue to receive, is superior to that we ever received over the years from others. Staff are friendly, patient and helpful!Dr Sterling was able to complete a procedure as time permitted, rather than scheduling another appointment, prolonging the pain. That was very appreciated!

Went to see Jennifer Hygienist and she did a fabilous job today. She explainied the difference between the electic toothbrush vs manual, flossing with the string vs stick. She was Gentle and always telling me her next. The reception in Kaneohe was also so helpful with my billing excellent service.

I recently went to see Dr. Shin, my orthodontist. He is always very kind and helpful. My teeth look great! Also, Dr. Moon was able to do an exam while I was there. I appreciate how Hawaii Family Dental helps me every step of the way to take care of my teeth, so they can last a long time. Mahalo!

Love everyone at this place. From beginning to end they are helpful and efficient. The folks upfront are so nice and really help walk you through everything. My hygienist, Jen, is the best! Dr. Moon is also very terrific. I saw him today bcuz my crown came off and he squeezed me in to get it back on and did a great job. Everyone there is just very nice. If you’re looking for a change, I would recommend this place.
