Dr. Thomas Moon enjoys helping patients have healthy smiles they are proud of. Dentistry also gives Dr. Moon a chance to help others.

“I met a young woman once who was battling drug abuse. She was fearful of the dentist and was missing many teeth, affecting her self-esteem. Over time, I was able to give her a brand-new smile and connect her with community organizations that helped her get a second chance at life.”

On his days off, Dr. Moon loves to try out new restaurants. The top of his list includes Korean BBQ and sushi. When the weather is nice, he and his wife takes their dog Maui to the beach for quick walks in the sand.

Love everyone at this place. From beginning to end they are helpful and efficient. The folks upfront are so nice and really help walk you through everything. My hygienist, Jen, is the best! Dr. Moon is also very terrific. I saw him today bcuz my crown came off and he squeezed me in to get it back on and did a great job. Everyone there is just very nice. If you’re looking for a change, I would recommend this place.

Everyone was so nice, professional and friendly. The virtual tech that checked me in, front desk financial clerk, dental technician and dental hygienist explained everything in detail. I went in knowing exactly what would be done and what I had to pay. They had high tech equipment that I had never experienced in other dental offices. Dr Moon was easy to talk to and explained what could be done to fix a problem tooth. Every service was done so efficiently; boom, boom boom , done! I have never received such wonderful customer service anywhere! Exceptional service!!

Went in for a dental appointment of the 27 of Jan. at the Winward location and was greated with a friendly smile by Serena. Dr. Moon was on his “A” game as usual and his assistant (Kalia??) was very professional and courteous. The whole staff is always friendly. Mahalo Nui Loa!

Jennifer, hygienist, is wonderfully welcoming, presents herself professionally and is so very kind, thoughtful and funny ; -) I appreciate her so much. Selina, front desk, serves with aloha, is professional and welcoming, answers my questions with grace, I appreciate her too. I also appreciate Dr Moon, however, he rushed each time I see him. I’m not fond of the virtual reception sign in kiosk, but that’s just me, it’s not a welcoming way to receive patients. The woman who is virtual did say she’s from another country when I asked if she’s from here. I do not have 4 photos as post says

Really appreciate Dr. Moon and his team. Do a great job of caring for my teeth. I previously had a lot of challenges with a previous crown where my dentist wasn't able to anesthetize my teeth fully. Apparently I had a nerve anomaly? Extraordinarily painful experience. But when Dr. Moon did it, it went very smoothly, complete anesthesia, great healing, excellent service. Extremely happy to have changed over to them. Dental hygienist who does my regular cleaning is super sweet too.

It was my first time visiting, and Dr. Moon is kind, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The hygienist who managed my cleaning and flouride treatment was amazing — thorough, extremely gentle with my sensitive teeth, and always so friendly. Sheena took care of me through the whole visit, managing my x-rays and imaging, and is professional, caring, and made me feel at ease. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now — highly recommend!

I had a tooth ache and tried this new office for the first time. They were friendly, accommodating with securing my appointment, and efficient. Dr. Moon was the best - first time we met, but felt comfortable talking with him. His personality is great - positive, smiling, fast working, and just a nice guy from Boston.
