The Dentist is awesome. But the Receptionist is not nice she told me she close drawer so i had to use my credit card ouch not good😒😒😒😒😒

Happy with my dental visit. Seems like they have reorganized things and the staff is great. My cleaning was good and my teeth feel great.

I’ve been to many dentists and hygienists in my past 40 plus years of my life to have my teeth cleaned. I’ve never experienced this level of cleanliness that Malia the hygienist had done for me. It’s like having brand sparkling new teeth each time she cleans my teetth. In the past when I get my teeth cleaned I would still some stains behind and in between my teeth and thought this was normal. But when Malia cleaned my teeth it’s as if she had also whitened my teeth and could not find even just a little stain at all. She gives great service and I won’t have anyone else clean my teeth again. Malia’s a gem at Hawaii Family Dental in Lihue.

The times that I’ve had appointments the front house assistants are cheerful and professional. Their back house staff is knowledgeable and friendly, also patient with as a patient.

This place is always busy. It's hard to get an appointment unless you make one 6 months in advance.Also, they did overcharge me last year for something that resulted in a $$ credit. Were they ever going to tell me if I didn't come back for service? I find it unprofessional that they hold on to a credit for over a year like that without telling you.Always had a good experience here with the dental hygienist/check in staff.

Great dentist. Professional employees. They are well knowledgeable. They are fast and efficient. They make sure you’re comfortable. They offer you a free toothbrush and toothpaste at cleaning appointments. I also love they take your blood pressure before starting. Another thing is you can listen to their music.

I like Malia’s dental spa service. She’s very thorough and gentle. Yes, I call it a spa for my teeth because i come out feeling great about about my teeth and my smile after the cleaning.

I went in for a cleaning an exam because I haven’t been back since 2019. The check in office was very fast and easy. I had Dr.Yan and her assistant Irene, They made the atmosphere so very comfortable and safe. She help me go over a step by step plan for cleaning, extracting and gettting braces.i can tell she’s very experienced and loved what she’s doing. Dr Yan is very inspiring and supportive in our conversation about start up businesses.
