Everyone that works at Hawaii Family Dental at Kapolei is amazing, kind, understanding and patient. The Operations Manager Stanley has a kind hearted soul and very intelligent.

The front desk staff is very helpful and great service, the doctor and asst Coco was amazing they made me feel comfortable and when my anxiety was getting there Coco made me feel better.

My dentist and the entire team always do a great job. They are professional, gentle, and make every visit comfortable. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail , and I hope they continue doing such excellent work.

My temporary cap came out so I called to office at about 4:05pm got in by 4:25pm I was near by the office everything worked out because my permanent cap arrived and so it got installed very quickly out by 5:15pm ty so much

Great service at Kapolei location! From the Dentist’s, Assistant’s and front office they are all very friendly professionals that take pride in their work and it really shows, We usually go to Mililani because we live in the area but I’ll be looking to book at the Kapolei location if possible. It’s always so nice to come to this dental office, all the employees are so warmth and nice. Dr. Sidique is the best dentist that I had for the past years, He is always so nice and very professional dealing with his patient. It was my very first visit to Kapolei location, and was a pleasant visit as I was actually seen on time. I dont know if I was just lucky today or if it happens all the time at this location. Only time will tell. I used to go to the Westridge location for 20+ years, and this never happened 😆 🤣, although I really like the work and the staffs there.

Great and quick service at the front desk, the staff member who did my X-rays was awesome she made me comfortable and reassured me thru the process, Kiana the hygienist is the best she did cleaning and made it as smooth as possible, different cleaning techniques that made me feel at ease. Am/ESOME Dentist and amazing staff! Dr. Ricardo Fernandez’s HUMOROUS and friendly bedside manner definitely comforted my nerves and worries. I came in with the pain and discomfort of 3 cracked/chipped teeth and left with the joy and comfort of 3 repaired teeth and a “favorite” new Doctor. He definitely did “God’s Work” in rebuilding my 3 cracked teeth back to its original form. You can hardly tell it’s resin composite. He was also very informative on the causes of the damaged teeth (sleep grinding from stress) and offered solutions: Deep breathing, don’t chew rocks LOL, and a dental guard to prevent further damage. Much Mahalo Doc and staff for an excellent dental experience!

Before I knew it my procedure to replace a temporary crown was over. Both Dr. Justin Ching and Alohi were done. They interacted with me during the visit which helped us all! Great experience over and above expectations!Mahalo!

Dr.Shin is top notch and so personable. All his assistants thus far have been amazing as well. I highly recommend this dental office for not only ortho with Dr.Shin, but also cleanings and dental work by the professional and top tier dentists Dr.Siddiqui and Dr. Fernandez, who I’ve also had the pleasure of receiving care from.
