    Dr. Christopher Wu dreamt of working in health care since he was a child. He believed that a profession in the health field would be a great way to contribute to Hawaii’s community. Dr. Wu chose dentistry because he enjoys working with his hands and being able to make a direct impact on his patients’ lives.

    After graduating from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, he returned home for a general practice residency at Queen’s Medical Center. There, he treated patients with a variety of conditions from sever toothaches to traumatic injuries. His experience at Queen’s furthered his desire to help more people through dentistry.

    Dr. Wu believes that taking care of one’s oral health will contribute to an overall healthy body and applies this philosophy to his own life. When he isn’t working, he is outdoors either fishing or golfing.

    This is a statement of my experience with my appointment at Hawaii Family Dental on .Nov.30, 2023, I was greeted with a smile as i entered the doors. my temperature was taken and not long after I was taken into the examining room with Dr. Wu and his assistant. He was very caring when doing the exam. I would return to him for dental services and recommend him to anyone. I then had my cleaning done by Gary, I was in such good hands with him. He took really good care of me explaining to me all that he was doing step by step. all the while providing care! Last but not least thank you to the staff and management team for making me feel comfortable as possible ! Mahalo Nui Loa!

    Have been a satisfied customer approximately 20 years. The facility has a neat, tidy and friendly atmosphere with adequate parking. From the moment your check in with Kristine at the front desk the courtesy and competence of the staff stands out. Doctor Wu and his assistant Adriana are a good team, explain the problem and corrective procedures clearly and patient comfort is a primary concern. Hawaii Family Dental has my highest recommendation.

    Dr Wu and his dental assistant Adriana works well together and gives great care! The girls up front Robin and Noe have great customer service! Highly recommend this place 💯🤙🏽

    I absolutely recommend this dentist. The staff is very helpful and talks through the bill and anything you have questions or concerns about. Dr. Wu is awesome, and I’m so glad I finally found someone that accepts my insurance. He goes over his concerns and talks you through the best options/procedures that are best for your hygiene.

    My cleaning on 10/28 was quick and thorough. Ashley and Dr. Wu were professional and very personable. ( My regular dentist is Dr. Coloma but he wasn’t in that day).
