The reception was very nice and efficient. I was personally called by my name to check in. My dental assistant was friendly and courteous. I’ll miss Dr. Kirsch but Dr. Chin was nice and professional. It was the first time I met Dr. Chin but she seemed knowledgeable and very professional.

Overall I it was a great experience, upon entering the receptions was very polite and friendly, and the dental tech that took molds of my teeth was likewise very polite and friendly. However, before departing the office I had to cancel an upcoming appointment for my daughter, and a different receptionist that I had to deal with was very arrogant and dismissive. Her behavior and actions were overall rude, behaving as if I owed her something and was bothering her by asking her to do her job.

Clean, professional and 9.5 out of 10 the receptionist is always smiling and have something nice to say the dentist and the girls that work with the doctors are nine point five nice as well and very professional and courteous couldn't ask for a better team thank you

Awesome team at hawaii family dental in kamakanaalii, and open on Sundays too, that's a plus! The staff is always friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in the door. Keep up the great teamwork!

Family Dental in kapolei is a great location next to Foodland Farms 😬But The Staff here is very professional and Super friendly and ready to help assist you with your dental care and needs ..

My hygienist today was Chassidy. She was excellent! She communicated the process and interpreted the results in a way I could understand. She had a professional, happy vibe that I appreciated. The office clerk was less kind. She questioned my financials, lacked information, and initially forgot to charge me for my fluoride. Then she did not thank me for my honesty, but added on the fluoride charges. But we are all a work in progress. Overall, always an above average establishment!

Chasity (Hygienist) was super amazing. She goes over and beyond in servicing patients. She’s very caring and makes patients feel important and cared for.

Staff is very patient and polite. Dr. Fernandez takes his time to explain any question and procedures. I feel very at ease attending my appointments here.

Best dentist I've been to. Tiana at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. My dental hygienist Jernelle was excellent. She made me feel very comfortable and handled my teeth with care. I will be returning for all of my dental needs. Highly recommend Hawaii Family Dental Kapolei!

I wrote a really good review but didn’t know how to put another one up so I’m editing this review with another good one. I’m really grateful for how the front desk and the staff works so well together. I Came in one hour earlier and was accommodated with being serviced immediately, having Dr. Ching and his assistant catered to me in resolving my needed issues faster than I would’ve expected. They also were prompt in addressing the cost, which was really reasonable. The efficiency of this location is something that makes me want to always upkeep my responsibility in taking care my dental hygiene And maintenance. in the past, I wouldn’t care as much as I do now. Thank you.

I enjoy my visits to my dentist. Office it’s a pleasant and very friendly environment it’s calwsys clean and we font ever wait longer than five minutes its operated by very pleasant professionals I used to be afraid of brining seen for dental work but any more.

My choice of dental services always. My assigned dental hygienist Jernelle is always professional! Jernell is very efficient and detail oriented, and ensures my appointment begins and ends on time. During that 30 min she took xrays, had the dentist evaluate and speak with me, cleaned my teeth and applied fluoride...all done professionally! My dentis dr chin is always courteous, professional and keeps me inforned of dental issues as he finds them. He's great at explaining these to me, as well as next steps. Brittany helped schedule me for my next appointments.. great customer service skills!

Everyone that works at Hawaii Family Dental at Kapolei is amazing, kind, understanding and patient. The Operations Manager Stanley has a kind hearted soul and very intelligent.

The front desk staff is very helpful and great service, the doctor and asst Coco was amazing they made me feel comfortable and when my anxiety was getting there Coco made me feel better.

My dentist and the entire team always do a great job. They are professional, gentle, and make every visit comfortable. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail , and I hope they continue doing such excellent work.

My temporary cap came out so I called to office at about 4:05pm got in by 4:25pm I was near by the office everything worked out because my permanent cap arrived and so it got installed very quickly out by 5:15pm ty so much

Great service at Kapolei location! From the Dentist’s, Assistant’s and front office they are all very friendly professionals that take pride in their work and it really shows, We usually go to Mililani because we live in the area but I’ll be looking to book at the Kapolei location if possible.
