The staff at the front desk are professional and friendly. They make it easy to get checked in. I appreciated the dental assistants calm manner and his willingness to answer questions and provide information. This was my first appointment with Dr.Nguyen and I felt very comfortable and cared for. We discussed my options for treatment and I look forward to continuing care with her. I met with billing before leaving and was very pleased with the professional assistance I received. All in all, this was a very positive experience.

For our dentist appointment with the Dr Alec Nguyen in pediatrics, I am very satisfied. Alec was able to personally communicate with me about procedures and what my son's needs. The assistants and receptionist were thorough, clear, friendly, able to assist as well as answer my questions.

A++ for everything! Dr Nguyen was exceptional, he made my son so comfortable although he was scared at first. Excellent service, highly recommended!
