Customer Service always excellant. If finance has a difficult customer just kick them out abd let them know that you'll email customer of exoected billings.

I am very pleased with Hawaii family dentals dental care, I took a star off only due to bad communication on payment too often I’ve experienced my treatment plan going up from what they tell you when you’re scheduling. I understand often times these are estimate mix ups but it’s been $400-$500 difference and I feel like at that point it’s just criminal. I do appreciate their work and I wish it didn’t have to be so stressful and ultimately humiliating to the patient.

Ortho team was really good, They came in introduced themselves, did 3D scan, went over all the details of what needed to be done, went over options and what to expect, and the aftercare. Didn't know after braces you will need a retainer for life. Son was comfortable and happy.

Hawaii Family Dental offers professional dental care at reduced prices through their Hoala program, for patients who do not have dental insurance. I've been a patient for over 10 years. The quality of care has always been very good, but in the last few years their clerical and management staff have taken huge steps forward. Their attitude and work ethic is clearly focused on patient care and satisfaction. I am very pleased and grateful for the professional care I receive.
