Although it takes quite sometime to get an appointment, they do an excellent job once you are seen. (If You don’t have periodontal disease, the 8 month wait for a first cleaning may not be a problem for you, but it is for me.) Everyone is very professional, and my hygienist did a superb job and schedule several appointments before I leave so I don’t have to wait.

I love my teeth cleaned by Jeff. He’s always great. Your check-in procedure in Kailua KONA is very difficult. Is confusing and frustrating. You need to rethink your check-in process.

Going to the dentist isn’t on anyone’s list of pleasant things to do but a must if you want to keep your mouth healthy! Hawaii Family Dental is one dental office that I don’t mind going to. My dental hygienist, Sara, is very sweet and smart. I feel important and am treated with care and respect. I highly recommend this office.

Omgoodness, EVERYONE was so nice and sweet I had a small meltdown about getting hacked a few years ago, and the nurse was so compassnate , the dentist was sweet and the receptionist was sweet too, Great Staff if I could give them more stars I would.

They have restored my faith in dentistry. I had a great experience the last 3 visits there I look forward to ongoing treatment Also she made a new temp crown after I swallowed the first one they are very nice and professional. I’m very glad I found a new dentist.

Jeff was great as usual but very much DISLIKED the virtual check in! I didn’t like it and didn’t like wearing a headset every one else is wearing. I hope u discontinue it. Jeff is 5 stars the virtual check in zero.

Sabrina reminded me I was to be taking antibiotics before my procedure and help affiliate with getting the needed paperwork done and rescheduling my appointment. Her positive attitude is so refreshing, she has a gentle touch and comforting presence. I appreciate her skills and her wonderful personality and positive attitude. I love that she shares her children with me.

The care is excellent However the time between appointments is lacking For my dentures I had my teeth pulled beginning of March It seems like I won’t have them until September Also no cleaning until February

Hina did a terrific job of making a new temporary crown for the one that broke in half because it was too small and thin. She took special care to get it right.
