Every time I go to Hawaii Family Dental in Kihei, I am always met with a full welcome. Most importantly, the entire staff goes well beyond to the BEST they can do for any particular issue. They answer all your questions in a friendly, professional manor and actually really care that you are satisfied. Everyone seem so efficient and knowledgeable. I have never been disappointed. It’s always a pleasure going to Hawaii Family Dental. 😁

**Great Dental Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**I had a fantastic experience getting my teeth cleaned here! The office is spotless, and the staff is welcoming and punctual. My hygienist was thorough yet gentle, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. My teeth feel amazing, look whiter and the whole process was quick and easy. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for top-notch, stress-free dental care.

Jen, my hygienist, is the best. Always so calm and cool and a gentle touch. I always request her even if I have to wait months for her service. Not sure why Hawaii Family Dental is unable to hire additional crew to service their clients.

Dr Moon was so nice he offered me a shot so I wouldn’t feel any pain.his assistant is kind too . The girls up front are very helpful

I’ve been going here for years and I’ve noticed that the service of the staff has gotten a lot better. The front desk ladies are nice and sweet. Edwin, my dental hygienist, is so efficient, kind, and informative! My dentist is also very thorough and keen to detail. On my previous check up, she asked if I’d like to shave down my two front teeth a bit to make it proportionate to the rest of my teeth and it was something that I always wanted to do but never thought to ask. But she knew what would look best for me and offered. I now feel more in love with my smile 🙂 Thank you to the staff for what they do!

Vincent is the best hygienist, funny, makes you feel easy and knows his profession. I highly recommend him for cleaning but he books fast, and loves snacks.

I had trouble hearing the receptionist with a person standing next to me doing zoom with another person. That is a poor setup.Other than that everyone was very kind and patient with me.

Dr. Moon was great; very knowledgeable and kind. He addressed my concerns with my teeth and gums and suggested preventative options before suggesting fillings or procedures. I also had a cavity filled and he made sure I had no pain. Excellent - thank you Dr. Moon.

Dr. Sterling is a professional from start to finish of my extraction of teeth, while in process he let me know what I was expecting like you’re gonna feel pressure while I’m working the teeth loose and you’re gonna feel and hear some cracking because he wasn’t able to extract the tooth whole, and it was done quickly, maybe 1/2 hr, mind you 3 teeth were pulled! Dr. Sterling’s assistant did a good job and was second to none! Big boost to my self confidence and self esteem because of dr. Sterling and assistant, so thankful for my life will change for the better! Thank you! Also shout out to my WIFE! for her recommendation for this place at Hawaii Dental Service at Kamakana Ali’i.

Dr. Simon and Team is so amazing!! They’re always so kind and supportive during my son’s visits! Highly recommended this office to anyone!

I had such a great experience at HFD. From the moment I checked in, the entire team was welcoming, helpful, and truly showed the spirit of Aloha. Everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for, which meant so much because I was extremely nervous about the procedure.I especially want to thank the doctor who performed my extractions. He did an amazing job reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. I am VERY scared of needles, and he and the team made the experience much less scary than I expected.I also really appreciated how clear and upfront they were about the cost, payment, and what to expect before the procedure. Dr. Utley is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I was in a lot of pain when I first came to her. It was debilitating! She made sure I was well informed and knew exactly what my options were. I left her office without ever having to worry about the pain I had been experiencing ever being a problem again. She is kind, supportive, knowledgeable, easy to understand and talk to, and she is very passionate about the work that she does. I felt safe with her. I was very comfortable and confident being in her care because I knew she wanted what was best for my wellbeing. She has an excellent background that has given her a wealth of impressive experience in what she does! I am very grateful that she was the dentist put on my path to help me with the issues I had been experiencing. I am very happy with the results! I can eat again and I am no longer in pain!! Had an appointment with Dr. Todd Stone today. He is beyond patient and listened to my concerns. Very good chair side manner. Very fast n efficient. Definitely recommend him.

Mahalo to Dr.Liu & his assistant was very professional & very welcoming.. I was a bit nervous of what I had to do with my teeth but I felt comfortable after talking with them and after the procedure It wasn’t that bad…

First visit and the procedures were explained to me clearly. Hygienist was efficient and didn't have to use to much novocaine to numb my jaw

Awesome is the only way to describe todays visit.Once again Dr. Moon and his assistant were very professional throughout the entire process of putting two new teeth for my implants. Its been about 8 months start to finish but I am very happy with the result. Thanks again Dr. Moon and staff.

Dr. Coloma was very nice, thorough, and comforting where he calm the anxiety I was feeling for this procedure I was receiving. Also Dr. Coloma’s aide was very professional. The office staff too are very helpful and professional. My experience here at Hawaii Family Dental made me feel I made the right decision.

checkin process and front desk was very relational including online person..also being anxious about my appt anesthesia worked really well inwas made very confortable with the procedure.

Dr. Wiz and his assistant were OUTSTANDING!!....my root canal was complicated but he finished it without a flaw. I expected extreme discomfort post-procedure but I was wrong--literally none.

Hawaii Dental did an amazing job with my little’s first dental appointment and even gave us a prize from the treasure box! It was a great experience.

The Dental Hygienist (Lani) did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. She explained everything she was doing. My dentist (Dr. Moon) examined my mouth and spotted a chipped filling which I can take of within a week. Quick and easy. I highly recommend Hawaii Family Dental at Windward Mall.. Free and easy parking too!

this is my first time having a Invisalign in my whole life and its still weird to use it. Hahaha. but I like it though. Thank you for bringing back my smile😝 I’ll will continue making appointment for you guys. i appreciate also does workers that work to hard and help they’re patient . I recently switched to Hawaii Family Dental and couldn't be happier! Everyone I've worked with from the front desk, appointment representatives, billing specialist, hygienists, dental assistants, and Dr. Thomas himself have been extremely nice, welcoming, personable, patient, and professional.I am extra appreciative that they worked with my personal needs on a treatment plan while I waited for my new insurance to take effect. The sweet aunty at the front desk made sure that the new insurance was billed correctly on time for me and saved me over $1,400!I have had two dental cleanings and one crown procedure since being a patient and have had all good experiences. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thomas and his team!

First time coming here. Office clean and all on time. Doctor Taira and Doctor Chang, were pleasant and knowledgeable The hygienist, Shanice was super pleasant and thorough. The parking is plentiful, but remember what floor you park on, easy to get lost. Been seeing Doctor Chang, as my go to Dentist, now that I’m established. Excellent No complaints ! Po’o assisted her, he is also super great.
