Well, first of all this was my first time seeing the office at a different location, and I like the facility it was very nice and cleaned. The room set up was excellent, I didn’t know that they were a lot of rooms in there.The staff at the desk was very helpful and polite, as well as the medical assistant and dentist.I definitely will continue my visit there.

Great experience especially after multiple bad ones. Made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, staff was very compassionate and professional. Dr Nichols was very knowledgeable and thorough and seemed to talk care that I was comfortable and at ease during the 2 fillings he did for me

Had a root canal by Dr Stuart Wisotzky. He and his assistant did their very best to put my apprehensions at ease right down to humming with the music karaoke style. It was the most comfortable procedure full of laughter I have had in years.

Everything was smooth, easy, friendly, and highly professional! Shanice makes it comfortable and fun to get your teeth cleaned (something I didn’t think was possible), and I also love Dr. Mits! Thanks for always helping to ensure my teeth and gums stay healthy!

Dr Coloma and his dental assistant were very thorough in explaining the options for crown replacement ( porcelain over porcelain vs Porcelain over gold). .. and very thorough and careful in implementing the procedure. Thanks 🙏

I appreciate the treatment received at HFD, the staff are courteous and well organized, the provider does a good job at explaining the treatment options and answering questions. I fell well cared for and will go back for future treatments if needed.

They're very efficient. We get seen exactly at our appointment time. Dr. Westfall is very gentle and attentive to my toddler. She loves going here & shes always so excited to grab a little toy at the end. The environment is great as well and the areas to include the restroom are very clean.

Visit was good. Dr Ching even looked at my xrays from my last annual check up in August, since the dentist on that day didn't review them with me. I'm glad he did because I have 4 teeth that need fillings. The front scheduled my upcoming appts with the oral surgeon and fillings with Dr Ching.

Very satisfied special Dr. HUR'S. He had mastered his profession.Never had felt happy and so satisfied with his service. With Juno he is so polite and respectful. In tagalog and English he is so fluent and talks clearly for me as a senior. Feel all the staffs are so trained in customer service.I love Hawaiian Family Dental. I had a good appointment with Lisa Lie. I was just informed that she is leaving for Oahu at the end of the year and that made me sad, because I really enjoyed her care. I'm sure she will recommend a colleague to replace her. I wish her all the best

My son Jovee needed some unforeseen work done at his check up appointment which Doctor Lee addressed promptly and treated us with grace and respect. I appreciate his expertise as well as his encouragement. Also, the entire staff treats us very well and with genuine kindness. They are always very supportive and friendly.

I was very impressed and felt welcomed. The professionalism and the kindness helped me to relax. Sarah ensured that I was comfortable and ensured I was aware of what they are doing to address my needs. She was professional gentle and kept me informed throughout the process. She also addressed all my hygiene health needs. My dentist ensured he addressed my concerns. and answered my questions to ensure that I understood my health plan.

Adam, the man who cleaned my teeth is extremely cheerful, reassuring and positive for the whole visit. He made the deep cleaning , really easy and enjoyable. I am a senior and it is extremely difficult for me to walk the distance to the outside bathroom. I prefer to come to this facility to especially see Adam and would request that the owners put in an inside bathroom for seniors. Thank you.

They gave me such great help for extreme pain with a tmj like disorder. The Dr really helped with the pain and guided me to helping myself with this.

I always feel like I am receiving great care during my 6 month cleanings. Cheryl is very gentle and kind while working on my teeth. My dentist is very skilled and makes sure I am comfortable when doing a procedure. The last time he replaced a crown, it was so perfect, it felt like my normal tooth.

Hawaii Family Dental have been great on dental procedure. The customer care service has been great. I was able to put money on the cost for dental work so I can stay ahead of my budget during the government shutdown. My dental health is an important factor during these difficult times. 9/25/25 Today was my first cleaning here, and everyone I encountered was very kind and welcoming. The care I received was excellent. I didn’t get everyone’s names, but Cheryl was my hygienist, and Brittany assisted with scheduling upon checkout. 10/16/25 Today was my first dental work visit with Dr. Hur. I was nervous due to a previous bad experience with a former dentist. Dr. Hur was very reassuring, and I appreciated how he explained everything. He also took the time to listen to my concerns; he seemed genuine and answered all my questions.

I was so impressed by the whole experience. Everything was super clean, the staff friendly, and knowledgable, and Dr Park was awesome. I needed to find a new dentist and I'm so happy to have found this group. Five stars plus!

The main reason I stay a patient at this location is my hygienist. He is so caring, very gentle and takes the stress right out of my visit. He's honestly the best!!

Just here to say Adam needs a raise. He's the best hygienist I've ever had, mainland, O'ahu, anywhere! Professional, caring, and thorough. Everyone there is friendly and helpful, the only hard part is scheduling. If something gets cancelled or you need a filling it's gonna be another 6 months. But definitely can't fault anyone there for that they do a good job working around it.

I look forward to my teeth cleaning because of Adam Zahn! He makes a not so pleasant experience, enjoyable with zen music, knowledgeable tips, and fun personality.

Many thanks to Dr. Rasheed Siddiqui And his assistant for prompt, friendly, and professional service. Today I went in for cleaning. His assistant kept apologizing for not being able to remove all my dental stains. Imagine my surprise when I get into my car and look into the mirror to see perfectly white teeth. Clearly she was being a perfectionist but, hey, her work was more than well enough. It was excellent! And Dr Siddiqui was at his usual excellent best, as well. Last April the crown he put on one of my molars fit perfectly on the first try—without even having to make adjustments. This time around his checkup was careful and thorough, as always, with a friendly chair side manner that gives me great confidence in the professional service from Hawaii Family Dental. I took my wife to her appointment here for the first and for the first time entering a dentist office, you can feel the care and aloha from all the staffs. ( i get from other dentist as well ) but this was warm and welcoming, The staff were super respectful and funny at the same time, from the front desk to back. They made sure all concerns were answered and explanations was clear. I mean no others besides saying #1 place to brighten your smile.

Laura was the BEST Hygienist Cleaner EVER. From the very start Laura made me feel very comfortable & relaxed. Throughout the session Laura would ask if I was comfortable & if I needed a stretch break, I did.we laughed wen I told her she was like an archeologists scraping away the years of build up. From when I enter until I leave, the staff and Doctors are very POLITE, CARING and PROFESSIONAL. I LOVE THEM ALL. They treat me, my wife Kanani and my daughter Mailani like family. ESPECIALLY my TWO GIRLS up at the front desk who I keep forgetting their names but I'll never forget their faces. And then of course, Gen, who I will NEVER forget! The online lady helped/ guided me on what paper work I need to fill out and stuff. And 1 of the the ladys in the front helped me asl well

The check-in process was efficient and I was seen promptly. My treatment plan was reviewed with me by the doctor. I had a wisdom tooth extracted after all my questions were answered and the area was numbed. The entire procedure was quick and I was out of the door in less than 30 minutes. Plus, the copay was 1/2 the amount expected. As good an experience as one could have when a tooth is being extracted!
