Vanessa my Dental Hygienist is great. She checks out my teeth and around my cheeks and neck thoroughly. Very careful and light with her hands. Great to talk to and explains in detail what she is about to do. One of the best Hygienist I've had.

I’ve been going to Family Dental for a few years and am always impressed. The staff are incredible and friendly. My hygienist is gentle on my sensitive gums and understands more than most how to make a cleaning as non-painful as possible. Highly recommend!

Vanessa was great she explained in detail about brushing my gums upward, and also about plaque. So far she is the only one who explained in detail. She also told me about leaf suction, it was so much so comfortable. I would like for her do do my next cleaning.

Sarah was very good. She would tell you what she was doing and what to expect. It was relaxing. She never kept you in suspense.

I was scared of going to the dentist before going to this place. I was scared on my first visit and didn’t want to do what they told me that I had to do. My hygienist, Sarah, did a great job in making me feel more comfortable and she did her work professionally while still checking on me to see if I was okay every step of the way.

I am so grateful to have found this dental clinic and Dr. Lee! Him and his staff are so friendly and caring! Parking is free and office space is neat and organized. My 2 teens go to Dr. Wu, who also practices there, so it is nice to be able to deal with the same staff for the whole family.

I had my cleaning today and my hygienist Vanessa was very gentle and did thorough cleaning. She made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr.Wu did a great job calming my 11 yo son who has a lot of trauma around dentists and his teeth. She was able to connect with his logical brain and explain everything she was doing in a way he could understand. She helped him calm down and stay still so we were done in half the time that it had normally taken in the past. Very happy with our visit today.

Thank you to all the staff at Aiea Dentist-HFD, We travel from a neighbor island to get dental care we need. My granddaughter referred me. I have now had 4 appointments and each time all staff members have been patient to explain to me procedures, costs, and have worked with me when appointment times needed to be changed.
