My visit with hygienist Adam was amazing. He was thorough and very careful. The office space was comfortable with natural light from the window and just the right temperature. Adam gave me such a beautiful smile when his superb cleaning was over, I hardly recognized myself. He is also super friendly and took personal care of my particular circumstances and made every attempt to keep me comfortable. The procedure that was done yesterday was the best for me. At first I had such a bad experience long time ago. So I didn't like going to the dentist at all,unless in an emergency and have no choice then I will go to the dentist. But Dr. Chang made it so comfortable and safe for me. Talking me through the procedure made it easier . Then the second procedure was so humble as much. Though I had a tooth extraction and cleaning,it wasn't so bad at all. Dr. Stone has impeccable "Dental chair" manners. He is patient and kind as well as very reassuring. He understood my discomfort pending the dental surgery. He calmly explained every step as he proceeded with the procedure. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns satisfactorily. Post pricedure, he gave me detailed parting instructions to follow, which have helped speed up my recovery. His demeanor is worthy of emulation and I would highly recommend him to other patients. He has proven to be an asset to this dental clinic and commend him for his professionalism and sterling qualities.

Outstanding customer service! Staff at front desk friendly, caring and helpful. Dental Hygienist, Lani Ing, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and providing important dental care suggestions. Dr. Moon took time out of his busy schedule to lend his expertise, experience and guidance regarding the recent implant my wife and I received in Thailand.

The team is right on time and very friendly! I typically get very anxious at dental clinics but Dr. Chang and Jane were gentle and thorough. Highly recommend!

Great staff!

Found this place through family and was honestly nervous about seeing a dentist in so long. I think my dentist is an okay person, but does know his stuff and will do his work quickly and carefully as possible. I do appreciate the staff members that work in the front and dental assistants. They understand that dental work can be anxiety inducing as well as costly. I'm aware that this dental clinic is partnered with Cherry, which is another means of paying for dental procedures that you may not be able to cover at the time of your visit. Overall, staff is friendly and works efficiently to get you into your appointment. I also really like that they have multiple offices around Oahu that do have specialist. Will be going here for the longterm and highly recommend.

Family Dental Center at Westridge Aiea has been my dentist since about 1990. Very professional staff, dentists and hygienists. Yesterday I received a replacement gold crown for one that was about fifty year’s old. Dr Coloma and his assistant Kelly were a very efficient team that fitted the new crown and I was out of the chair in under 30 minutes. It fits perfect. Here are two photos of the casting for the crown with the temporary crown in place. I highly recommend this dental office.

Adam was amazing! Great vibes, very energetic in the best way, comfortable and also transparent with his service and what hes seeing. Motivating when it comes to care without a “scolding” approach which is very comforting.

Chasity was great, I struggle with dental anxiety and she made sure to explain the process and what she was doing throughout my visit. My only issue is each time I come in I'm told different information about my appointment than I was told over the phone. Example over the phone I was told it was a standard cleaning visit verses showing up and being told it's a deep cleaning maintenance visit. The communication in the front of the house is not consistent.

My entire family has been coming here for about 4 years now, staff is super friendly and service is efficient and so good. My kids love it here, they have had bad experiences in the past to where it made them kind of skeptical when we started coming here. But they love it, the hygienist there take care and made them feel comfortable. From services, even down to the financial. Everything made simple☺️

I finally switched from my Kaneohe dentist years after moving to Waikiki. The parking is convenient and free, the office is large and clean, and the staff is really friendly and professional. I'm going to be happy with my new dental team!

Hawaii Family Dental Mililani always come through for me by keeping me abreast of dental needs and making it easy to get scheduled etc. If my teeth could talk, they would say the two Hygienists Cheryl and Nani are excellent and the doctors are amazing.
