I have horrible anxiety going to the dentist related to the sound of the drill, even just for cleanings. Today, I had to have three fillings and a crown replaced which took 3 hours. However, the dentist and the assistant were completely understanding when I needed a minute to regroup and then start again. With my phone playing music and my ear plugs in, I was comfortable in my own headspace and I could still follow directions. Now, regarding the bill. I found out that the dental insurance from my job had not been activated yet. This information was the thing that finally broke me; I had a complete emotional melt down right there in the office. The 2 young ladies that assisted me, helped in figuring out a payment plan using their discount program for low income patients.Thank you Dr. Alcantra, Jahveen, and all the front office staff at Hawaii Family Dental in Ewa Beach!

Dr. Marusko and his staff are fantastic from the moment you enter the door until you leave they make you feel comfortable and important .They walk you through everything that you need to know. They tell you up front, how much is going to cost . Dr. Marusko is the most pain free tooth extraction I have ever had in my sixty six years of living. If your teeth need attention. Returning patient from the late 80's. Found all the staff from reception, imaging, cleaning and the dentist to be very friendly and professional. Dental office is very nice and clean. Entire visit took just slightly over one hour, but it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the Ewa Beach and Kapolei area.

This is only my second time going to the Ewa Beach branch. I live out in Mililani so I normally make my appointments there. I have to say: the entire staff is top notch, caring, and very professional. I have been going to Dr. Meredith for years at both offices. He is very caring, will always put you at ease for those “frightening” dental procedures, and best of all he really knows what he is doing . Sadly, I will be moving to the mainland soon so I want to thank Dr. Meredith and his staff for all the years of dental care. A huge MAHALO!

All the staff, from the administrators to the hygienists and the dentists have been great!The front office communicates well with me about billing and upcoming appointments. The dental office and dental areas are tidy and clean, staff are always friendly and professional. Dr. Kirsch and his team have done an excellent job working on my teeth to make sure my teeth stay intact and cavity free. I highly recommend this dental clinic if you’re in the Ewa beach/Kapolei area!
