Dr. Collyer Young was born and raised on Oahu and graduated from Iolani School. He attended the University of Hawaii Manoa and Whittier College, before graduating from the University of Southern California’s dental school.
Dr. Young's exceptional patient care has earned him multiple "Best Dentists" awards by Honolulu Magazine over the years. He takes great pride in comfort-conscious dentistry and strives to make each patient's experience as stress-free as possible.

My experience was positive. I had not been to a dentist for over 10 years. The staff all all kind, gentle, professional, and often laughter and joking with me and each other, which I find comforting. I also liked watching wildlife movie while waiting, put everything in perspective haha💚

It is always a great experience getting my teeth cleaned by Adam. He is very considerate, gentle and knowledgeable. I always leave with a smile. I am so grateful for the amazing care I received here at Hawaii Family Dental. A huge shoutout to Adam who did my cleaning! He was the MOST caring, gentle and extremely funny hygienist I’ve ever met. I'm not exagerating when I say I thoroghly enjoyed having my teeth cleaned by hygienist Adam Z. He is upbeat and genuinely caring, gentle, knowlegable, explains what he's doing and why, and discuss how I can best care for my dental health. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Hawaii Family Dental.

I’ve been going to this dental office for almost 15 years. The staff is always nice. I had to have 5 fillings. Didn’t need Novocain and the dentist is so gentle, never felt a thing.
