This was my first visit, and I was very happy to meet such a kind dentist and friendly staff. From the beginning of my reservation, the customer service was warm, helpful, and professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome throughout the entire experience. The clinic has a pleasant atmosphere, and the team truly cares about their patients. I really appreciate the excellent service I received and would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly environment. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I had to wait awhile, Dr.Itomura was running late.He and the staff are very nice & helpful. I’ve been going there for a long time & appreciate the work & care that Dr. Itomura & the staff provides.

Well first of all the hygienist greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to the dental facility at Ewa Beach. Then explained the cleaning procedure and to my surprise she was not only professional and nice but very gentle while cleaning my teeth. Another hygienist that I went to, was a little on the rough side. This office made me very comfortable and wanted to come back on my next visit!

Dr Meredith my periodontist has explain to me step by step what going on during the procedure. Got utmost care from both my doctor and the staff in the clinic.

Dr. Westphal makes everything easy and comfortable for my son. He communicated with my son and I the whole time throughout every action he did. His way with kids is just awesome! He’s definitely the best! Thank you!

I was seen earlier than scheduled which was fine by me. Dr Alcantara & assistants tried to be gentle with procedure & explained what they were doing. Procedure was more complicated than what I was prepared for. All in all things went well. Couldn't ask for better.

My family and I have been going to this dental clinic for years. They are very professional and efficient. The pediatric dentist is very good with our kids and my kids enjoy getting their teeth cleaned and picking out a toy afterwards. They are part of the Tricare network so they do see military families.

DR. Murasku is great. He has a good patient relation as well as his assistant. Employees at the front desk are accomodating, friendly and helpful. I was happy of my visit.

My experience here at Hawaii Dental was the best I have ever had! DR. ROBERT MARUSKO is awesome, very pleasant and a people person and he is very knowledgeable. The young lady that assistant him on both of my visits were very nice and welcoming as well. The ladies at the front desk were super nice as well.

The front end, my staff is very cordial. They helped me when I came in the office to the moment I left. Thank you very much for all the people who work in the front. They're the first face that you see on the dental office and the last one as you're walking out, all of the ladies were very pleasant and very nice.

I have horrible anxiety going to the dentist related to the sound of the drill, even just for cleanings. Today, I had to have three fillings and a crown replaced which took 3 hours. However, the dentist and the assistant were completely understanding when I needed a minute to regroup and then start again. With my phone playing music and my ear plugs in, I was comfortable in my own headspace and I could still follow directions. Now, regarding the bill. I found out that the dental insurance from my job had not been activated yet. This information was the thing that finally broke me; I had a complete emotional melt down right there in the office. The 2 young ladies that assisted me, helped in figuring out a payment plan using their discount program for low income patients.Thank you Dr. Alcantra, Jahveen, and all the front office staff at Hawaii Family Dental in Ewa Beach!

I received excellent care from considerate, friendly staff. Albeit I was a little sore later I was glad I changed dentist and started getting care here.
