Dr. Lee is a great listener and always provides helpful advice on dental care. I like the fact that he’s down-to-earth and addresses my concerns as a parent. From my observation, my son had a pleasant experience and he seemed relaxed during our recent visit. He was especially happy to hear he doesn’t have any cavities! I would highly recommend this office to all of my family members and friends.

I had some gum line issues fixed today. Everyone was professional and quick. The doctor and staff worked well as a team. Doctor kept me informed before every move so there were no surprises. Happy with the results.

Adam Z, my hygienist, was so personable and professional. I am always surprised at his ability to recall detail from our previous visits. It really makes me feel remembered and valued as a patient. When I arrived for my appointment today, the team at the front had already checked me in, and everybody was ready for me. I didn’t have to wait, and the service was quick and thorough. When it came time to go, again, everything was already squared away for me, all I had to do was sign, and say my farewells.I really appreciate this team and I always look forward to my appointments here.10/10 would recommend.

Today was my first visit to Hawaii Family Dental to see Dr. Chong. The staff members were very cordial and friendly. Dr. Chong was especially pleasant and immediately put me at ease. I truly enjoyed my visit and look forward to my future visits.

The Dental Assistant that was helping my Dentist was not very nice and she rushed thru with my care. But my Dentist came in and had to help due to the incompetence of the dental assistant. And when I voiced my request of not wanting the first dental assistant to care for me, she blurted out “Well this kind of stuff happens all the time” which I feel was unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my mom. So the other Dental Assistant Britney filled in and helped my dentist make it better and were able to fix the problem that the first dental assistant caused my Invisalign to get stuck onto my teeth. From now on I want to request Britney to be the Dental Assistant for my upcoming visits. And the receptionists are always nice and helpful. Thank you to my Dentist and Britney for another great visit.

I love bringing my kids to this dentist office. The hygienists are always so nice, the Dr. is busy, but he never seems too busy to be kind, to care about the kids and he has a gentle disposition.

The staff were very welcoming when going to see the dentist is scary. It’s not my favorite place to go to. The dentist that did my procedures was great. Very efficient and did a really great job. Also the hygienist, Adam, always does a great job. I actually enjoy going in to see him. Very knowledgeable and gives great reminders on what to do to keep my teeth and gums healthy.
