Taking my dad to receive dental care with Hawaii Family Dental - Kihei was a great choice! Dr Melo was very attentive , explaining patiently and clearly the treatment options and implications. I will definitely recommend this clinic, and will request dr Melo for further treatments for myself.

Well, I must say Dr. Mello is amazing. I'm old school where dentists always hurt and am a bit shy of dental treatments. Dr. Mello is so sweet and absolutely no pain or uncomfortable feelings. I highly recommend the pleasant receptionists, my Cleaning Girls and of course Dr. Mello!

I totally love my dentist office. EVERYONE is super cool. It's such a comfortable atmosphere and that's saying a lot because I can't stand going to the dentist! Just one of my own dislikes. HOWEVER, they make it enjoyable and fun. And I love my hygienist. Christy is the BEST ever. Never ever hurts. It's great!

All employees, are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Even if, we had nothing to do with one another, they still smiled.

I had a toothache and the clinic was able to quickly arrange an appointment for me. The staff and dentists were absolutely amazing — so caring, professional, and kind. Dr. Mello has a wonderful way of relating to her patients and made me feel so comfortable. She also gave me helpful ideas on how to achieve a better smile, since I’ll need some implants. I highly recommend her services, and I will definitely continue seeing them!

Great service and staff! I used to get teeth cleaning with Kailey and since she left I scheduled a cleaning with Christy. She is Excellent! She knows how to handle sensitive teeth, she’s compassionate and efficient. Rocky is still at the front desk and always a joy to see. Dr. Thomas has been there for years and is friendly and kind. Dr Mello and Dr Wiz are the best dentist and oral surgeon I've been to in years. I had an old filling that cracked and broke. They were able to get me in right away. Dr Mello was able to temporarily reduce the pain and got me on antibiotics so the infection would go away and I was able to get my root canal the following week by Dr Wiz. I hady root canal on my birthday and the whole staff sang to me. Highly recommend

Always great service. Cleanings always easy and comfortable. They focus on prevention and make it easy for follow ups. They are honest and never pressure treatments.

these guys go above and beyond to take care of you! from the front desk to each and every dental professional in the back they are the absolute best! no one ‘likes’ going to the dentist but these guys make it as easy and painless as possible and treat you like family!

Currently going through orthodontic treatment as I am an adult patient. Dr. Tinhan evaluated me on my complex case (posterior crossbite/crowding) that made it difficult to clean, although I am seeing a primary dentist now. Dr. Tinhan assured me he will do his best. As I near into 1 year into my treatment, I've seen a lot of changes and my confidence grew with an improved smile. I felt Dr. Tinhan is very knowledgeable and understanding of my case, being that I am an adult and ortho care was not possible when I was a kid. Dental health is a good investment and i encourage anyone with needing ortho care to see Dr. Tinhan. My insurance also helped cover a portion of the ortho care. I am looking forward to the next year and how much my smile will improve. The staff provided me helpful advice on pain management, in the beginning was painful but I know without pain, there is no growth. Mahalo to all the hard working staff at Hawaii Family Dental

I love my new Dentist Dr Mello in Kihei and her staff. Office is very professional, clean, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I am seen on-time. My dentist is gentle, patient, and explains each step of the way. I think I finally found the dentist for me.

I was in for a deep cleaning with Kailey Harris. I remember her from a previous appointment. She has an incredibly careful and professional touch. Except for one needle stick, I was perfectly comfortable. Good Training And absolutely the same incredible professional yesterday. Tho I hesitate, like telling everyone where your goldmine is and it'll be hard to get an appointment with her.
