I failed to mention Dr. Mello. She's a real rockstar. And I mean that. She's so gentle, super fast and efficient. Couldn't ask for more. I was blown away at my last appointment. She made it so pleasant. It was done before I knew it.

As always Vinny thoroughly cleaned my teeth and he shared me tips on how to improve my flossing technique..staffs and Dr Thomas are all friendly so I highly recommend this place

Aloha my name is Jonah Ventura. Finished my appointment on 3/13/26 with Dr. Gene and he does excellent work. From crowns to extractions he has done an amazing job from start to finish. Make sure I’m comfortable and fills me in with updates and important information. Highly recommend him.

I totally love my dentist office. EVERYONE is super cool. It's such a comfortable atmosphere and that's saying a lot because I can't stand going to the dentist! Just one of my own dislikes. HOWEVER, they make it enjoyable and fun. And I love my hygienist. Christy is the BEST ever. Never ever hurts. It's great!

Everyone is so friendly and takes care of all my needs. A new crown and an implant! It’s all been pretty extreme and I’m grateful for their TLC.

My experience at Hawaii family dental Kihei was exceptional these last two visits. I always have a good experience, but I got to see hygienist Yana for the first time, and she made my visit very comfortable and calming. My appointment was for a routine teeth cleaning, but she could see that I needed a deep cleaning and as scary as I’ve heard those to be, she was very gentle, very caring and attentive. She takes a lot of pride in her work and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. I am scheduled to see her again in six months. I recommend Hawaii family dental, and especially recommend Yana.

On vacation here in Kihei. A crown fell off a tooth. Contacted Hawaii Family Dental. "Em" are the front desk helped me to get an immediate appointment and processed my insurance. She was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jeffrey saw me the next day for my appointment. Exam taken, X-ray taken, and he re-cemented the crown. Everyone at this facility was extremely customer friendly, kind, and professional. The entire process was quick and easy. Thank you all.

Once again, Hawaii Family Dental came through for me. Last night (Friday) I had a crown come loose and I was thinking I might have to wait till Monday to get it taken care of. My wife suggested I call the office to see if maybe they were open on a Saturday and they were! Dr. Thomas saw me this afternoon and was very friendly and professional. They took x-rays and examined me and the crown to make sure everything was OK. Everything looked great so they were able to just cement the crown back into place and I’m good to go. Highly recommend Hawaii Family Dental.

I was really nervous about my teeth cleaning because I have neglected it for a good number of years, but Yana was very reassuring and gentle. She really works with the patient and takes her time to get the best results. And the coolest part was the before and after pictures she took to show how me the difference the cleaning made! No other dental place have done before! Really happy with the results. Couldn’t ask for a better hygienist !

They're so friendly and welcoming here! They are really quick and efficient too, I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments. The doctor is super knowledgeable, straightforward, competent and encouraging. I highly recommend!
