Thank you to all the staff at Aiea Dentist-HFD, We travel from a neighbor island to get dental care we need. My granddaughter referred me. I have now had 4 appointments and each time all staff members have been patient to explain to me procedures, costs, and have worked with me when appointment times needed to be changed. The dentist and specialist are very helpful to explain what’s happened to my teeth and then make recommendations to move forward. Mahalo nui, Alberta Patchen

All my dental schedules were confirmed any adjustment that I requested were all accommodated. My dentist, Dr. Coloma was very professional and very concern for any thing that he feels I am not comfortable with my pain by my tooth The Stafff of HFD in Westridge are all vert Welcoming to me as their patient and answer all my questions and concern. This is my new Comment for my issue to my tooth pain. Dr. Coloma was very knowledgeable on how to treat my issue. I also want to give a Commendation to the team that assisted me. Her name is Apple, she was very patient, professional and very welcoming on all my questions and help me ease my fear in the process of what was done to my tooth.

I have always enjoyed my experiences at Hawaii Family Dental in Aiea. Everyone is courteous and professional from the front desk, dental technicians, and dentists. I would recommend having your dental care at HFD.

Thursday, 07/25/24 was my first day as a new patient that morning with Westridge location. Second I walked in, I was a bit anxious in the lobby not knowing what to expect after departing from Tokunaga Dentistry in Ewa Beach where I experienced the worst tooth extraction. Sadly I was with Tokunaga family own dental office for years since my 20s, but after my tooth extraction in June last month, I decided part ways. This office made me feel at home and it’s very nice clean, presentable. The dental assistant was very kind and funny (I wish I remembered her name), she did a great job making me feel comfortable and at ease, reassuring I was not in pain or felt any pain while she did her job as she is required to. Sarah, the hygienist was so warming so kind sweet soft spoken and the tools she used on me as her own, the water suctioned and her tiny tip rinser that cleansed my gums so freshly - loved it! All the 3 of the staffs who treated me was amazing and their techniques and how they prep in a great sanitary way as well, loved it! I never had such a great experience anywhere since I was a child patient with Aiea Pediatrics. I am thrilled with the decision I have made to becoming a patient with Hawaii family dental. I love this place! I look forward to returning for my grown August 8. Thank you for taking such great care of me Sarah!

Family Dental Center at Westridge Aiea has been my dentist since about 1990. Very professional staff, dentists and hygienists. Yesterday I received a replacement gold crown for one that was about fifty year’s old. Dr Coloma and his assistant Kelly were a very efficient team that fitted the new crown and I was out of the chair in under 30 minutes. It fits perfect. Here are two photos of the casting for the crown with the temporary crown in place. I highly recommend this dental office.

I made an appointment online due to tooth problem and I got a response by phone right away. I forgot her name but very professional and thorough, since I needed a Saturday she was able to schedule me at Honolulu location. I got a reminder which is great. My experience at this location was superb. From front desk medical assistant Chelsey and D who did my xray and lastly Dr. Isaac Hong who checked my tooth problem are all professional,efficient and you could feel that they do care for their patients. Impressive clinic very organized and clean. I wish on my next appointment at Aiea which Chelsey made appointment since she remember it was close to my place, I could also say the same thing that I experienced at Honolulu. Wait for my next review 😁

HAWAII Family Dental in AIEA has been my go to dental. I’ve been to other locations, but the staff at Aiea and Dr. Coloma and the hygienist always been there for me. They’re very friendly, patient, and they’ll make you fell at home. It’s been years, I’ve always come back to this location. The best!!!
