Dr. Justin Ching’s own positive experiences with his dentist and orthodontist inspired him to pursue a career in dentistry. Facilitating open communication and getting to know his patients beyond what you would find on a piece of paper allows him to provide the care they need.

His journey to becoming a dentist continued in Nebraska where he attended the Creighton University School of Dentistry. Highlights include receiving several dental awards and providing care at the OneWorld Community Health Centers’ night clinic. After being away for eight years, Dr. Ching decided to move back and serve his home community.

Outside the office, Dr. Ching enjoys spending time with family and friends—particularly while watching Marvel movies or heading to Lanikai Beach.

It was my very first visit to Kapolei location, and was a pleasant visit as I was actually seen on time. I dont know if I was just lucky today or if it happens all the time at this location. Only time will tell. I used to go to the Westridge location for 20+ years, and this never happened 😆 🤣, although I really like the work and the staffs there.

All my dental schedules were confirmed any adjustment that I requestedwere all accommodated.My dentist, Dr. Coloma was very professional and very concern for any thing that he feels I am not comfortable with my pain by my toothThe Stafff of HFD in Westridge are all vert Welcoming to me as their patient and answer all my questions and concern. This is my new Comment for my issue to my tooth pain. Dr. Coloma was very knowledgeable on how to treat my issue. I also want to give a Commendation to the team that assisted me. Her name is Apple, she was very patient, professional and very welcoming on all my questions and help me ease my fear in the process of what was done to my tooth.

My visit at Hawaii Family Dental Aiea was outstanding. The check in process was outstanding. The doctor and technician that performed the dental care I needed addressed my issues and took additional measures to ensure I was comfortable during the process or while they performed the care needed for my teeth.

Thank you to all the staff at Aiea Dentist-HFD, We travel from a neighbor island to get dental care we need. My granddaughter referred me. I have now had 4 appointments and each time all staff members have been patient to explain to me procedures, costs, and have worked with me when appointment times needed to be changed. The dentist and specialist are very helpful to explain what’s happened to my teeth and then make recommendations to move forward. Mahalo nui, Alberta Patchen

I have always enjoyed my experiences at Hawaii Family Dental in Aiea. Everyone is courteous and professional from the front desk, dental technicians, and dentists. I would recommend having your dental care at HFD.
