Just Giving 5 stars so EVERYONE CAN SEE MY REVIEW..please continue to read..I would give this place 0 stars, if I could. DO NOT … I repeat.. DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE ! Dr.Coy traumatized my baby. He’s the worst dentist to have working on your babies mouths. I haven’t visited since my son was about 4-5, it was the FIRST AND LAST time I took him there.. he’s 12 now.. I have a video that I recorded the day (I CANNOT for the life of me, bring myself to watch the video, even 6-7 years later). The way my son screamed in his chair. SMFH!. Piss me off! This dude SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE ANYMORE!!and what makes it worse is IM NOT THE ONLY PARENT WITH A STORY LIKE THIS, THAT CAME FROM THIS DENIST.If you love your children… please find another dentist and DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE.

They handle my son with extreme care. Make sure he's completely comfortable and not scared for his check ups and cleanings. Would definitely recommend!

Office personnel were all very friendly and my dentist Dr. Young did a great job of explaining the procedures and making sure I was comfortable.

"Today I went to the dentist and Bluey was playing on the tv. I had to get fillings so they laid me in the burrito and I smelled grapes (nitrous oxide) lol. He did have to use the needle to make my mouth numb so it felt weird and tingly, but I didn’t cry. He was super fast, it didn’t hurt, and I got some toys when I was done" -My 6 yr old

We love the quality of service we get from Dr Chong and her staff. They make us feel like family. We recommend her to everyone!

I love my dental hygienist, and the support team is great too. These people act like real humans. Highly recommended.

My son Jovee needed some unforeseen work done at his check up appointment which Doctor Lee addressed promptly and treated us with grace and respect. I appreciate his expertise as well as his encouragement. Also, the entire staff treats us very well and with genuine kindness. They are always very supportive and friendly.

Adam, the man who cleaned my teeth is extremely cheerful, reassuring and positive for the whole visit. He made the deep cleaning , really easy and enjoyable. I am a senior and it is extremely difficult for me to walk the distance to the outside bathroom. I prefer to come to this facility to especially see Adam and would request that the owners put in an inside bathroom for seniors. Thank you.

They gave me such great help for extreme pain with a tmj like disorder. The Dr really helped with the pain and guided me to helping myself with this.

Just here to say Adam needs a raise. He's the best hygienist I've ever had, mainland, O'ahu, anywhere! Professional, caring, and thorough. Everyone there is friendly and helpful, the only hard part is scheduling. If something gets cancelled or you need a filling it's gonna be another 6 months. But definitely can't fault anyone there for that they do a good job working around it.

I look forward to my teeth cleaning because of Adam Zahn! He makes a not so pleasant experience, enjoyable with zen music, knowledgeable tips, and fun personality.

I had an appointment today at Hawaii Family Dental at the Waiakea Villas. Adam (the hygienist ) has a very professional & friendly demeanor & was a blessing. Dr Young expertly and painlessly checked my teeth, filled 3 or more cavities, was quite attentive to any concerns I had & did an excellent job. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Adam is the best dental hygienist I have ever been to. I used to be very apprehensive of the dentist office, but he always puts me at ease. He us very thorough and accommodating. He is very caring and uplifting.

Dr. Edward Akioka is an excellent dentist and very thorough thoughtful patient kind. Professional and gets the process done swiftly and with great precision ! I’m impressed he did over the top service & I appreciate it!!

The sweetest caring dentist assistant went way above her job duties, by assisting the front desk receptionist by asking info on referring me out to Oahu for A Root Canal that needed to be done by a specialist, that specialist only covered my insurance on the entire islands. I'm so grateful for her help, My insurance paid for most of my entire procedure. It's the little things in life that matters the most. She completely made my stress level at ease. She needs a reward recognition and a higher pay. She has the most compassion for her patients, I’m so Thankful for her expertise and her dedication as a dental assistant. I see her achieving her goals as the next Dentistry in the future.
