What would you like patients to know about you?

Dr. Istvan enjoys caring for her patients’ smiles and is humbled by having the opportunity to help others.

She recalls seeing a patient diagnosed with oral cancer. “He was going through a difficult time in his life and was recently told he had oral cancer. To find out you’re losing all your teeth, that the shape of your face would change, its devasting. Being able to provide dentures and seeing the patient regain self-confidence…showing that there was a way through this, it was fulfilling to make their life a little bit easier.”

When she’s not helping others, Dr. Istvan enjoys painting, paddling, and walking with her husband and dog.
