Staff was super friendly and attentive before, during and after procedure. Doctor was quick and precise. Everything went great and I was very happy with the service and hospitality.

Dr. Moon was very informative in giving me oros and cons of having dentures versus implants he also recommended doing a root canal on the tooth that is bothering me since he did not see any cavity. If the root canal doesn't resolve the issue he will look into other options.

Your Physical Office Intake staff is extremely friendly and very informative, I had the confusion with your phone intake department. When I called in I explained what I needed (a replacement filling, since it literally just fell out) I was given a price, but when I came in the price I was quoted was just for an Office Visit. Your phone service needs to be clearer or more educated, because I asked this is for the filling replacement he had to wait and put me on hold for the pricing, he came back on with a quote for a filling replacement, when in fact that quote was just for my office visit. I wasn't ready to pay that big amount and not have any work done. Had I been informed ahead of time I would spend over $200 for just a consult I would of waited.

Lani did a thorough job on my cleaning, x-rays and exam from Dr Fendecker was professional and treatment plan explained. I’ve been a patient here for over twenty years and really happy with Hawai’i Family Dental team

The absolute best hygenist for cleaning and temporary crown molding. The dentist provides a thorough job injecting numbing medication. I appreciate them for providing vasoline to prevent cracked lips during dental work. My kids go here as well, patient and kind with kids providing fantastic prizes to reward them for compliance.

This morning my appointment was very good. There was no long wait, and I was seen right after check-in. I went in for my 6 month cleaning/checkup. Service was thorough, fast and painless. Thank you HFD for taking good care of me 👄🦷❤️

My hygienist is best. I go there because of her. Also, Dr. Moon is best. He fixed my crown issues. Previous Dentist did very poor job on my crown. Temporarily crown came off 2 times and new crown came out 3 times. I was regretting about my crown done at HFD incompetent Dentist. I have no issues with my new crown done by Dr. Moon. Now I feel confident about going to HFD because Dr. Moon and outstanding hygienist.

Jen, Bri, and Dr. Moon was so sweet, and they were very accommodating! I was able to get all my services done in one day, and as a new patient I was able to get an appointment so soon. Very kind staff, and my experience with the staff was incredible.

As someone who suffers from severe anxiety the dentist is no easy task for me. However their team makes me feel very comfortable and walks me through everything and gives me many breaks. Not to mention they are fast and do great work.
