I've now gone through everything from a root canal, teeth cleaning, implant placement, fillings with HFD and everyone has been nothing but kind and professional. By far the best dental practice I have ever visited and always look forward to seeing everyone in the office from the front desk, to the hygenist, to the dentists, their assistants, and the billing team. I am very pleased with Hawaii family dentals dental care, I took a star off only due to bad communication on payment too often I’ve experienced my treatment plan going up from what they tell you when you’re scheduling. I understand often times these are estimate mix ups but it’s been $400-$500 difference and I feel like at that point it’s just criminal. I do appreciate their work and I wish it didn’t have to be so stressful and ultimately humiliating to the patient.
