Very easy with check-in on there computer device. The staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. I felt very comfortable and at ease having my dental cleaning with the hygienist Lorraine. Especially there comfortable chair. And parking stalls always available.

I had a great visit. Sara, my technician, was informative, highly knowledgeable, and excellent to work with. Her positive attitude and genuine passion for her work were evident and made the experience enjoyable. Dr. Nguyen was personable, knowledgeable, and very pleasant as well. I would definitely recommend their practice for any dental care needs.

Dr. Hahn did a great job explaining the procedure to me before she did it and as she was doing it. She was pleasant to interact with. All of the team at Hawaii Family Dental are professional and friendly. Thank you.

Came today for my scheduled dental routine. Check in was smooth and the lady in the front desk was very helpful (I forgot to ask her name) but she always greeted me with a smile 😃. My appointment was at 8:00am and I was called just right in time (this time 😉) last visit I had to wait for around 40min past my appointment wc makes me sad but all else went well. Sarah helped me out with my prophylaxis today and I am so happy to have her. She is very thorough with everything and even go beyond what is needed. She spent extra time for my damage filling to clean up as per my request and I am so impressed with the result. She always make sure i am okay during the procedure ,she's very careful with every steps she makes and explains everything. She gave me tips about oral care wc i didn't know exist 😆.My whole experience was awesome 👌. Mahalo Family Dental Aeia for a great job.

Appreciate my time at my appt with Dr Shen. She was very informative and concerned about my dental condition and informed me of what ithings i needed to avoid and keep doing. Vanessa my Dental Hygienist is great. She checks out my teeth and around my cheeks and neck thoroughly. Very careful and light with her hands. Great to talk to and explains in detail what she is about to do. One of the best Hygienist I've had.

Vanessa was great she explained in detail about brushing my gums upward, and also about plaque. So far she is the only one who explained in detail. She also told me about leaf suction, it was so much so comfortable. I would like for her do do my next cleaning.

Sarah was very good. She would tell you what she was doing and what to expect. It was relaxing. She never kept you in suspense.

I was scared of going to the dentist before going to this place. I was scared on my first visit and didn’t want to do what they told me that I had to do. My hygienist, Sarah, did a great job in making me feel more comfortable and she did her work professionally while still checking on me to see if I was okay every step of the way.

I am so grateful to have found this dental clinic and Dr. Lee! Him and his staff are so friendly and caring! Parking is free and office space is neat and organized. My 2 teens go to Dr. Wu, who also practices there, so it is nice to be able to deal with the same staff for the whole family.

I had my cleaning today and my hygienist Vanessa was very gentle and did thorough cleaning. She made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr.Wu did a great job calming my 11 yo son who has a lot of trauma around dentists and his teeth. She was able to connect with his logical brain and explain everything she was doing in a way he could understand. She helped him calm down and stay still so we were done in half the time that it had normally taken in the past. Very happy with our visit today.

Sarah is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Lee fixed my tooth that was sharp. I’m so grateful for him. Great care!
