The Dentist was very skilled. He made it painless and bearable. Also the tech assistant was very gentle and careful with the process. They are very busy but some how manage to provide intimate individualize service. Highly recommend.

Loraine is the best! She was so nice and informative during my appointment. She explained exactly what she was doing for my entire cleaning, and why the process was important. She also gave me great pointers and advice for tooth/mouth care. That was definitely my best dentist visit because of Loraine. THANK YOU!

Hygienist was very professional and courteous, and the work on my teeth was very gentle, unlike hygienists I have seen in the past. Dr. Paloma is also such a pleasure. He’s been a great dentist throughout the years!

I’ve been with Hawaii Family Dental for several years. Each visit was excellent The staff communication, dental hygienist, especially Lorraine, very professional and so sweet and caring. That’s what I appreciate when I go. No one really enjoys going to the dentist but the staff, dental hygienist and dentist makes you feel so comfortable.

I’m always a nervous wreck going into the dentist office but right away Sarah was great. She was friendly, comforting and very informative. She was constantly checking on me to see if I was doing okay or if I was in any pain. She definitely made my time there bare-able, I changed my future appointments to make sure I had her again. I would recommend everyone to go to this office. Very friendly staff I always feel welcomed by the young man at the front desk. Appointments available I didn’t have to wait 3 months like most offices!The dentist was gentle with my son and made him comfortable for his extraction. He wasn’t even scared. 10/10

Thursday, 07/25/24 was my first day as a new patient that morning with Westridge location. Second I walked in, I was a bit anxious in the lobby not knowing what to expect after departing from Tokunaga Dentistry in Ewa Beach where I experienced the worst tooth extraction. Sadly I was with Tokunaga family own dental office for years since my 20s, but after my tooth extraction in June last month, I decided part ways. This office made me feel at home and it’s very nice clean, presentable. The dental assistant was very kind and funny (I wish I remembered her name), she did a great job making me feel comfortable and at ease, reassuring I was not in pain or felt any pain while she did her job as she is required to. Sarah, the hygienist was so warming so kind sweet soft spoken and the tools she used on me as her own, the water suctioned and her tiny tip rinser that cleansed my gums so freshly - loved it! All the 3 of the staffs who treated me was amazing and their techniques and how they prep in a great sanitary way as well, loved it! I never had such a great experience anywhere since I was a child patient with Aiea Pediatrics. I am thrilled with the decision I have made to becoming a patient with Hawaii family dental. I love this place! I look forward to returning for my grown August 8. Thank you for taking such great care of me Sarah!

Dr. Mary was excellent! My crown/cap became loose n fell as I was pulling a floss from the spot the night before. I was able to see Dr. Mary the next day. How great is that? They don't mess around over there!!! Dr. Mary and her team prepped my mouth and Dr. Mary cemented my crown back in no time. Everything is back to normal as if nothing happened. The HFD team was excellent in helping my super senior mom with her emergency visit / procedure. Dr. C was very kind, professional, worked with my mom's primary doctor and did a great job. The pain went away immediately. My mom is looking forward to her follow-up visits. Thank you, HFD.

My hygienist Sara did an exceptional work on my teeth and gums!. from doing anesthesia to cleaning thoroughly. She is a PRO and I'm so happy with the result!! I can't wait to come back there for my next appointment with her👌 and Thanks to all the friendly staff also!!

Staff was very friendly and compassionate. They knew i was nervous and kept making sure i was okay to proceed. It was very fast and my pain was pretty bad at first but is now very minor the day after procedure. Great staff! I highly recommend Dr. Sterling and the team at Ewa Beach location!

Staff is always so kind and considerate here. I have anxiety about the dentist and they are always so compassionate and understanding, and try to make it as pleasant as possible .

At my 5/23 appointment Lorraine was the hygienist. She is always professional. She discovered a chip on one of my teeth and notified Dr. Coloma. He’s going to take care of it at a future date.

Dr. Mary Chang is very personable & professional. I’m pleased to have her as my dentist! Also, my recent visit Mandy took care of my appt. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well she took care of my dental work that day. They both thoroughly explained what they will be doing and answered all my questions. I requested to work only with Dr. Chang and Mandy. The ladies at the reception desk are friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Hawaii Family Dental Center!

I really appreciated Loraines concerned and caring nature. She made me feel welcome. Her hygenist expertise made the visit as comfortable as possible. The rest of the staff was courteous and pleasant. Overall a "thumbs up". Great job!

05/02/2024: Receptionist Kristine scheduled two procedures in one appointment at my request. Hygienist Gary did his inspection, Xrays and cleaning w/o delay and I moved to the surgery area where Dr. Lee and his assistants Adrianna and Lexus were ready for me and performed a painless extraction. Start to finish was approx 70 minutes. The staff are always courteous, friendly & professional. Hawaii Family Dental has my highest recommendation.

Very orderly and sufficient. Parking accessible. The hygienist Neal especially was very professional and caring. He politely escorted me to the room and even back to the front when the work was done. He explained in detail what he was doing with ease. I felt very comfortable being that it was my first visit for teeth cleaning. Very impressed. Looking forward to my next 6month visit.

I would like to thank so much my dental surgeon (Dr.Coloma) and all his staff. They are doing an excellent job with my teeth. Now I can smile confidently . 😇😃🌴🌷🌻🌺🌈
