Dr Mello and Dr Wiz are the best dentist and oral surgeon I've been to in years. I had an old filling that cracked and broke. They were able to get me in right away. Dr Mello was able to temporarily reduce the pain and got me on antibiotics so the infection would go away and I was able to get my root canal the following week by Dr Wiz. I hady root canal on my birthday and the whole staff sang to me. Highly recommend

Always great service. Cleanings always easy and comfortable. They focus on prevention and make it easy for follow ups. They are honest and never pressure treatments.

Currently going through orthodontic treatment as I am an adult patient. Dr. Tinhan evaluated me on my complex case (posterior crossbite/crowding) that made it difficult to clean, although I am seeing a primary dentist now. Dr. Tinhan assured me he will do his best. As I near into 1 year into my treatment, I've seen a lot of changes and my confidence grew with an improved smile. I felt Dr. Tinhan is very knowledgeable and understanding of my case, being that I am an adult and ortho care was not possible when I was a kid. Dental health is a good investment and i encourage anyone with needing ortho care to see Dr. Tinhan. My insurance also helped cover a portion of the ortho care. I am looking forward to the next year and how much my smile will improve. The staff provided me helpful advice on pain management, in the beginning was painful but I know without pain, there is no growth. Mahalo to all the hard working staff at Hawaii Family Dental

I love my new Dentist Dr Mello in Kihei and her staff. Office is very professional, clean, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I am seen on-time. My dentist is gentle, patient, and explains each step of the way. I think I finally found the dentist for me.

I was in for a deep cleaning with Kailey Harris. I remember her from a previous appointment. She has an incredibly careful and professional touch. Except for one needle stick, I was perfectly comfortable. Good Training And absolutely the same incredible professional yesterday. Tho I hesitate, like telling everyone where your goldmine is and it'll be hard to get an appointment with her.

Dr Stone is the man!!!! 2 implants in 1.5 hrs go home no pain, no swelling!!!' The guy is a magician!!!!! I never needed ice or Tylenol!!!! Wow!!!!

Out of work for, two years with back issues. Dr. Mellow knew of my financial difficulty. Dr. Mellows staff step up. With, the help of Bobbie in billing and Rayna the kind gracious receptionist. Helped sign me up with the affordible, “Carefree Dental Plan” . com ”. Thus taking away my embarrassment of insufficient funds. Not, able to pay. Dr. Mellow with Kindness and goodness in her heart, took upon her precious time and knowledge and, treated my other sore tooth in addition. She, reshaped my, 2 front teeth to match my partial, Dr. Mellow, filled my teeth thus NO More Pain! Dr Mellow’s years of experience now allowed my partial to, snap in, and have, a great bite for, eating! ( Thank You Dr. Mellow So Much) . * Note the assistant and Dr Mellow adjusted the dental chair to accommodate and relieve pressure off, my back and neck. (even with an neck pillow.) * With, Unbelievable kindness both Dr. Mellow and dental assistance BOUTH STOID UP over me, to administer dental procedures. Not the norm WOW * Knowing I have, trouble with saliva and Novicane, running down my throat with difficult swallowing. Dr. Mellow, patiently monitored and cleared, any, discomfort I had. I’m always greeted by the nice receptionist. She arranged my treatments and told me my estimate. Upon seeing The best most kind humble dentist Dr Mellow, She discussed my options and asked her assistants, Then, Dr. Mellow, asked assistant, to go to billing to get the costs for the day’s treatment and future treatments, also. To my knowledge, i didn’t”t have dental Insurance. And, billing department, confirmed it. To my embarrassment, I, could not pay for the future treatment , but only today’s. Bobbi from accounting inquired. I asked, “Do you know of a cheap dental insurance company?” Bobbi in account billing department took me to her desk , and reviewed , my insurance past, id’s insurance, coverage. I just called the insurance company. But they were closed, because of, CST She got on my phone to help me apply for my new application. BOBBi, got on her online computer, and registered me. Finding a suggested, dental insurance plan from a very low cost insurer. I say low cost plan! BOBBI, printed out my, new paper member’s card, and described, even, that eye, travel and purchases discount’s are now available through my new dental insurance company plan, online. My dentist did an excellent job working on my teeth without any anesthetic there was no pain she was very careful not to hit my gums and she was right next to them on one. I had two cavities.. actually she might have had to work close to my gum on the other one. No pain totally comfortable and assistant was fantastic also. Okay. I noticed I was to comment on the hygienist also which is great because she was fantastic and very helpful very thorough good advice and kind

My insurance type is difficult (VA) and the staff made efforts to try to make the process as streamlined as possible. I am happy with my prior dental work I have received here over 2 years. Would recommend to friends and family.
