Kapolei Dental Office

I haven't been to the dentist in awhile and need a lot of work but everyone at Hawaii Family Dental - Kapolei have been very helpful and professional and have taken great care of me. Appointments are easy to make and the location is perfect for me.

Great and quick service at the front desk, the staff member who did my X-rays was awesome she made me comfortable and reassured me thru the process, Kiana the hygienist is the best she did cleaning and made it as smooth as possible, different cleaning techniques that made me feel at ease. Dr Fernandez is very patient and informative and helps you understand the process and explains to you in a manner that’s easy to follow, the whole process went smoother than I thought.Mahalo—Illinois

Am/ESOME Dentist and amazing staff! Dr. Ricardo Fernandez’s HUMOROUS and friendly bedside manner definitely comforted my nerves and worries. I came in with the pain and discomfort of 3 cracked/chipped teeth and left with the joy and comfort of 3 repaired teeth and a “favorite” new Doctor. He definitely did “God’s Work” in rebuilding my 3 cracked teeth back to its original form. You can hardly tell it’s resin composite. He was also very informative on the causes of the damaged teeth (sleep grinding from stress) and offered solutions: Deep breathing, don’t chew rocks LOL, and a dental guard to prevent further damage. Much Mahalo Doc and staff for an excellent dental experience!

Before I knew it my procedure to replace a temporary crown was over. Both Dr. Justin Ching and Alohi were done. They interacted with me during the visit which helped us all! Great experience over and above expectations!Mahalo!

Love Hawaii Family Dental in Kapolei. The front office staff is great. The dentists and hygienists are wonderful. My whole family of 5 goes here and we love it!

Dr Fernandez is the best. He is kind and funny. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Hawai’i Family Dental.

Dr.Shin is top notch and so personable. All his assistants thus far have been amazing as well. I highly recommend this dental office for not only ortho with Dr.Shin, but also cleanings and dental work by the professional and top tier dentists Dr.Siddiqui and Dr. Fernandez, who I’ve also had the pleasure of receiving care from. Shoutout to Gabby on da screen check in too for always bringing a warm smile and aloha spirit. Can’t forget Alexi either! Go to this office now, go!!

I am not a big fan of the dentist. So my anxiety was at a high not knowing what to expect. Kiana was so good in explaining what she will be doing. She was very gentle with my teeth cleaning and made me feel very comfortable. It has been a few years since I got one done. I appreciate her patience and working with me.

I had a follow up appt w Dr. Meredith who as always was fantastic. I had a good report & he always will take time to explain other options. I appreciate the Svc from Dr Meredith & the staff at the Kapolei office!!

I felt listened to and well taken care of. The virtual receptionist/check in was interesting. Not bad, just interesting. I think it frees up the ladies behind the counter. My one worry would be for deaf and hard of hearing people. So maybe having caption on there would be a good option.

The service I received today was top tier! The staff treated me as if I was their only patient. My anxiety was high due to the procedure, but due to the staff being so incredibly kind, I was calm the entire time.

Kapolei is the best. Dr. Utley is great. She's so passionate about her job and the patients. Nutshell couldn't do it with her wonderful assistants.

My review is in reference to Dr. Azure Utley - Hawaii Family Dental Kapolei office. Dr. Utley is the absolute best. She resolved my issues acquired while under the care of a different dental office timely and coordinated my care from root canal to replacement crown. She carefully explained what I could expect and has great communication, even after services were rendered. Highly recommend.

The staff were very attentive and kind with the check in process. The dental assistant was courteous and professional. My consultation with Dr. Sterling went smoothly. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a timely manner. The most important thing for me was that it didn’t take long because I had another engagement. My visit was a 5 star all the way around.

I love Hawaii Family Dental! Everyone is so friendly and caring. Dr. Sterling explains every part of the procedure so that I know and am comfortable with each step. I'm confident that I go to the BEST!

This has to be the bestest dental office. They are very accommodating to clients who works during the week. Open late at nights and weekends most especially on Sunday’s. I had a dental issue, with such a short notice , they took me in. Thank you Dr Woo…you have an amazing team.
